Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and managing of CVO teams. Follow and enforce CVO process, rules and guidelines. Ensures that processing and compliance goals are met and exceeded.  Ensures that professional business relations exist with exceptional standards of customer service.  Directs, trains and appraises associates. Must have proficiency in communication skills and prepares documents as needed.  Assembles and maintains statistical data.  Acts as a resource to our team for pertinent information.    Must have “can-do” attitude and foster team support and good spirit. 


In addition to the required functions listed above, the CVO Manager  may act as Team Lead.  Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, and being a role model to others.  Accountable for the initial/renewal for credentialing, privileging, and/or licensing services as requested by our clients.  Conduct internal audits of CVO associates’ credentialing, privileging and/or licensing files to ensure deadlines are being met and team members are following CVO processes. Assure NCQA standards are being followed and in alignment with the company policies and procedures. Responsible for tracking departmental workload and making recommendations to senior management for staffing needs. Counsels, trains and coaches assigned staff. Implements corrective actions and conducts performance evaluations. Analyzes potential for success and offer solutions for improvement. Follow and enforce CVO process, rules and guidelines. Must possess proficient creative thinking and conflict resolution abilities. Performs special projects and reporting as needed.


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor degree preferred and/or relevant work experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
