Description

Our ideal candidate for the sales training manager is a highly motivated sales professional with strong leadership and presentation skills.  In this role, you will be training and coaching our company’s next generation of sales and recruiting professionals. This role provides a great introduction to a clearly defined leadership track. 

Working alongside new inside sales & recruiting representatives during your onboarding period, you will learn from our award-winning, structured training and career path programs. While in training mode, you will gain a full understanding of our company, services, and methodology, as well as industry insights needed for success. This introduction ensures a quick ramp up time when you are ready to move forward and manage/coach direct reports.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of recruiting, sales, and customer service principles
  • Previous experience working in an Account Representative capacity OR 2-3 years of combined related sales, recruiting, telemarketing, and/or management experience
  • Training and performance management skills
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • The preferred candidate will have 2-3 years of prior management/sales/recruiting/training experience.
