This is a working management role, collaborating directly with the managing director, associate vice president and/or vice president within our Psychiatry specialty.  This role assists with directing the planning, organization and implementation of sales and business development actions for the division.  This role assumes responsibility for a territory immediately upon starting.  After a 3-6 months ramp-up and successful progress the leadership role managing 1-2 direct reports will begin, including daily direction, training/coaching and performance management

Additional duties include the development and execution of the following:

  • Territory plans and budget consistent with and supportive of our company’s annual business plan.
  • Support to ensure individual and team revenue/gross profit goals are met or exceeded.
  • Sales programs designed to increase sales, profits, and market share.
  • Assistance to ensure professional business relationships with internal and external customers, third parties and other external partners are maintained.

We are looking for an accomplished sales leader who is a problem solver, self-starter, and team player who takes initiative to ensure great results for the team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 4+ years business development, marketing and sales experience
  • 2+ years management experience
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Solid analytical competency
  • Business software expertise
