We seek a highly competent professional Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner to source, screen, interview and hire Inside Sales professionals.  The person in this job will broaden skills as a business advisor, confidante and solution driver for internal clients.

This role is for a highly motivated and competitive staffing recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team and partner with production-based hiring managers.  It will anticipate and meet fluid needs for sales positions, which are critical to our business.  The Sales Recruiter will manage requirements of multiple business units to deliver the best external talent available.  Responsibilities include the entire candidate recruiting life cycle from requisition to onboarding. The position will conduct entry-level as well as mid-level searches, and cover for other searches on as needed basis.

You Bring:

  • 7+ years of staffing experience – Temp staffing experience preferred, with 3+ years recruiting Sales professionals.
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using a variety of tools
  • Successful background in activity and results metrics linked to variable pay.
  • Resilience and go-getter approach with history of fast on-boarding and learning.
  • Deep experience in recruiting and staffing processes, and related problem solving.
  • Extremely effective team-work and collaboration background.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, recruiting systems and Internet applications. Experience with iCIMS is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with a professional demeanor.
  • Background of working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
